Serena Najjar is a healthcare professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO & President at Ariel Investments. With a strong background in strategic initiatives and leadership, Serena previously worked at Northwell Health in various roles including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Finance Business Strategy. Serena earned a Master's degree in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University and is pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management there as well.
