Tony Flores is currently the Sr. Manager of the Order Management System at Arhaus, Inc., where they are responsible for functional business requirements during implementation and ongoing management, driving excellence in retail supply chain. Previously, Tony worked as a Store Implementation Specialist at 7-Eleven, supporting new store setups and changeovers. Their career also includes significant roles at Conn's HomePlus, where they held positions such as Merchandising Operations Manager and Inventory Planning Analyst. Tony began their professional journey as a Store Manager at RadioShack from 2004 to 2011. They hold a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, which they obtained in 2005.
