Fredrika Slikkers is an accomplished professional in customer success management, currently serving as the VP of Global Customer Success at Ardoq since September 2025. Prior to this role, Fredrika held key positions at SAP LeanIX, beginning as the Director of Customer Success Management before advancing to Senior Director of Customer Success Management from January 2023 to September 2025. Fredrika's experience includes significant roles at NS1, an IBM Company, serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Success and Director for North America Customer Success from 2017 to 2023, as well as leadership positions at Axial from 2015 to 2017. Fredrika began a career in customer success management after serving as a Corps Member at Teach For America from 2013 to 2015. Fredrika holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Special Education: Generalist 7-12 from Fordham University.
