Jaime Jacquard-Sowa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the production industry. In their most recent position at Arc'teryx Equipment, they served as a Senior Brand Producer before being promoted to the role of Manager, Brand Production in April 2023.

Prior to working at Arc'teryx Equipment, Jaime worked at MEC for six years, starting as a Production Assistant in November 2010 and eventually becoming a Photo & Video Producer. In this role, they handled all aspects of photoshoot production, provided support for photo requests and submissions, and managed digital asset management. They also created and maintained production schedules, workflows, and calendars for seasonal photo and video shoots.

Jaime Jacquard-Sowa completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Science, Technology & Society at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a diploma in Fashion Merchandising from Blanche Macdonald Centre in 2010. In 2012, Jaime obtained the BC Motion Picture Orientation Certificate from Capilano University and the Film & Television Safety Awareness certification from Actsafe.
