Alexandra Furman is a user research leader with a passion for designing innovative solutions that create impactful user experiences. With a rich background in both physical and digital experience design, they have built and inspired user research teams at various companies, including Aritzia and Arc'teryx. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of User Research at Arc'teryx, they focus on integrating user needs within technology solutions. Alexandra also operates UX&R, a design research studio, helping businesses scale their user research infrastructure. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Arts and Technology from Simon Fraser University and completed an exchange program in Interaction Design at Malmö University.
