The year 1981 marks the beginning of the history of the Arcor Group in Brazil, with the acquisition of Nechar Alimentos Ltda, a small candy factory in the interior of São Paulo. With just 60 employees and three production lines, Arcor laid its foundations in the candy market and continued to grow, offering quality products at a fair price.
