Erica Billups Johnson currently serves as Senior Vice President at Archetype, where Erica co-leads Archetype Ascend, focusing on communications strategy for Black and Brown founders, executives, and VCs. With a notable tenure at The OutCast Agency as Vice President, Erica managed diversity and inclusion initiatives, internal communications, and led client communications teams for high-profile clients including HBO, Amazon, and Airbnb.
