Shirley Fowler is a developer at ArcherPoint. Shirley previously worked as a senior software developer at ChargeLogic from February 2015 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were a senior NAV developer at AVF Consulting from June 2003 to February 2015, and Aston Group from October 2001 to July 2003. Shirley started their career as a NAV developer at Vorsprung Business Systems in September 1996.

Fowler began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Stirling in Scotland. Shirley then pursued a postgraduate diploma in information technology from the same school.
