Kristin Cotter is an HR professional with a strong commitment to a people-first approach, driving business results through collaboration and agility. They have extensive experience in organizational transformation, employee engagement, and performance management, having held roles such as Senior Director of Human Resources at Arcfield and Delinea. Previously, Kristin has served as a trusted advisor in various organizations, including CoStar Group, Orbital ATK, and CA Technologies, where they contributed to significant HR initiatives and strategic transformation efforts.
