Virginie Spiess is an experienced Learning Partner at ArcelorMittal, with a focus on the development of high potentials and executive education programs. Since joining ArcelorMittal in October 2007, Virginie has held various positions including Head of Finance Academy Training Operations and Assistant to the Head of Finance, showcasing expertise in program design, training management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes roles as Training Assistant at the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, Employment Counselor at ANPE, and HR positions at MIFE and Mission Locale Haute-Garonne. Virginie holds a Master’s degree in Training and Labour Market Engineering and has a strong background in HR administration, project management, and compliance coordination.
