İlkan Erdem is an R&D leader with over 10 years of experience in the home appliances industry, currently serving as the Head of Design and Development at Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances since 2026. Previously, İlkan held various roles including R&D Manager, Senior R&D Specialist, and Assistant R&D Manager at several companies within the Arçelik Group. Additionally, İlkan earned a Master of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in the same field at Istanbul Technical University. Throughout their career, İlkan has focused on end-to-end design and development of major domestic appliances, particularly washing machines.
