Scott Potter is the Vice President and Chief Hydrogeologist at ARCADIS, a position held since 1989. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Research Hydrologist at USDA-ARS from 1984 to 1989. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering, all from Penn State University, completing the PhD in 1989.
