Rayya Hameed Alkhinali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of structural engineering and operations management. From August 2016 to October 2017, Rayya served as Vice President and Buildings Lead for KSA/Qatar/Emerging Regions at AECOM, and later held the position of Vice President for Buildings and Places at the same company from October 2017 to November 2018. Prior to these roles, Rayya worked in various capacities at AECOM Middle East from November 2002 to August 2016, including Manager of Structural Engineering and Associate Director, leading market sectors in commercial building engineering in the UAE. Currently, since September 2020, Rayya functions as Chief Operations Officer for Arcadis Middle East after previously serving as Regional Operations Director for Arcadis International Limited from January 2019 to September 2020.
