Nael Yassi is currently a Principal Pavement Engineer at Arcadis, having held various roles within the organization since 2025. Prior to this, Nael was a Principal Pavement Engineer and Pavement Team Leader at AECOM from 2024 to 2025 and served as a Senior Pavement Engineer there as well. Nael has also gained extensive experience as a Geotechnical Engineer and Operations Manager at Site Geotechnical Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2020. Nael earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering from Monash University between 2008 and 2011 and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Wellington Secondary College from 2002 to 2007.
