With over 40 years of experience, Mitchell has held significant roles at Arcadis, Shell Oil Company, Monsanto, and Agrium, focusing on project management and technical support in the mining and environmental sectors. They have successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects and have expertise in carbon upgrading and regulatory engagement. Mitchell’s qualifications include being a licensed Professional Engineer and serving as an expert witness in mining and reclamation customs and practices. Mitchell graduated from Granger High School in 1975.
