Matt Taylor is a Technical Director with 22 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, having successfully delivered multi-million capital projects and strategic programs across Europe and Russia. They are currently serving as a Technical Director at Arcadis, and previously held roles including Technical Specialist at Group Lotus and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at General Motors. Matt has demonstrated expertise in executive management, lean process development, and employee engagement, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster. Additionally, they were a GB Age Group Triathlete, training for the 2019 European Triathlon Championships.
