Frank Goossensen is a Global Director of Clients & Business Development in Resilience at Arcadis, where they lead efforts to enhance quality of life through innovative solutions in water, energy, and sustainability. Frank began their career in the late eighties, focusing on water management and environmental projects in the Netherlands and across Europe. They have held various leadership roles, including Director of Water Europe and Executive Director of Sales & Business Development in the Europe, Middle East, and UK regions. In addition to their executive role at Arcadis, Frank chairs the International Working Group on Water and Maritime, promoting Dutch expertise in water technology and flood management. They earned a degree from Wageningen University, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
