Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Prepress Manager at Western Publishing Company from 1979 to 2001 and at Western Publishing/Golden Books Family Entertainment from 1979 to 2000. Educationally, Joseph attended St. Catherine's from 1975 to 1979 and St. John's Nepomuk from 1967 to 1975.
