Rana Tayyoun is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for MENAT & Georgia at Aramex since September 2016, Rana has also held the positions of Regional HR Business Partner for North Africa & Levant and Senior HR Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Alawneh Exchange from July 2012 to August 2016 and leading the Organizational Development & Training Unit at Capital Bank of Jordan from July 2005 to July 2012. Rana began a professional career in human resources at Arab Banking Corporation, where the role of Assistant Section Head was held from September 2002 to July 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Jordan University and a professional course from Cambridge International College.
