Jesse M. Lapierre currently leads Employee Experience for Human Resources at the world's largest integrated energy company, focusing on sustainable engagement and strategic initiatives. Previously, Jesse held various diplomatic roles, including as Principal Commercial Officer at the US Consulate in Dhahran, where significant advancements in international business development were achieved. Jesse also contributed to the Future of Work project at the World Economic Forum and has been recognized for enhancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies within organizations. They hold a B.A. in English Literature from Saint Anselm College and an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. In addition to professional achievements, Jesse remains active in rugby as President of the Dhahran Youth Rugby Club.
