Michael Capobianco is the Director of Child Nutrition and Food Services at Aramark, a position held since 2016, where they oversee the administration of the Child Nutrition Program within the New Jersey Public School System. Previously, they served as an Assistant General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from 2011 to 2016 and as a Senior Manager at Doherty Enterprises from 2007 to 2011. Michael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management, both from Johnson & Wales University.
