John Harrington is the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Athens Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in public policy and community advocacy. Previously, Harrington served as a City Council Member for the City of San Gabriel from 2011 to 2024, where they focused on community engagement and representation. From 2013 to 2025, Harrington worked as Senior Staff Counsel at LACERA, providing legal expertise in investment and commercial agreements. Harrington graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from California State University-Northridge and earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
