Lance Mukoro currently serves as Vice President of Strategy at Aquila since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lance was the Director of Strategy, Integration, and Business Excellence at Juniper Group from March 2023 to October 2025, and Director of Corporate Strategy at Pivotree from January 2021 to October 2022. Lance's earlier experience includes a consulting role at McKinsey & Company from January 2017 to December 2020, where support was provided to clients in strategy development and operations optimization. Additional experience includes positions in technical procurement, project engineering, and team management at Amec Foster Wheeler, as well as a lead role in electrical engineering at Fluor Corporation. Lance holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen’s University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University.
