Ana Carvalho is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater studies, projects, and planning. They hold Post-Graduation degrees in Management and Territorial Planning, and have made significant contributions to the development of water utilities and infrastructure, including long-term concessions in Portugal. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations Support and Specialized Consulting at Aquapor Serviços, S.A. Ana has worked extensively across Europe and Africa, managing a diverse range of projects in the fields of hydraulics, energy, and territorial planning. Throughout their career, they have also contributed to numerous NGOs and businesses as a freelance consultant.
