Kliment Nechaev is the Head of Legal at Aquaphor International OÜ, specializing in comprehensive legal support across various jurisdictions, including Europe, the USA, and Asia. Prior to this role, Kliment worked for five years as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice at CLS, where they gained extensive experience in M&A projects, corporate management, and tax law. Kliment holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and International Law from the University of Hamburg and has a PhD in Ancient History and Roman Law, along with a Master's degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University.
