Keaton Merrell is a Forecast Analyst at Aptive Environmental since November 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles at Greenix where Keaton served as a Workforce Management Specialist and Customer Service Team Lead, overseeing a team of customer service agents and focusing on critical decision-making and process improvement. Keaton also held the position of Customer Service Specialist, consistently managing high call volumes while fostering strong customer relationships. Prior experience as a Youth Mentor at Discovery Academy involved supporting youth on the autism spectrum and managing challenging situations. Keaton is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Human Resources from Utah Valley University, expected to graduate in May 2024, following studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2017 to 2021.
