Jimmy M. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jimmy began their career at WellStar Health System as a Patient Access Specialist, where they provided customer relations and administrative support. Jimmy then moved on to Greenway Medical Technologies as a Clinical Project Manager, responsible for project management, customer relations, and onsite training. After that, they joined Navicure as a Project Manager, Strategic Accounts, before transitioning to athenahealth as a Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding. In this role, they served as a consultant and project manager for implementations of athenanet service offerings. Jimmy'smost recent position was at Sharecare, where they worked as a Director, PMO and Client Implementations. In this role, they led and managed an implementation team and provided project management excellence to ensure successful client implementations. Currently, Jimmy is working as the Director, Client Delivery at Alpha II - Healthcare RCM, where they are responsible for delivering client projects.

From 2003 to 2009, Jimmy M. attended Kennesaw State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a focus on Professional Politics and Government.
