Robert Swiergocki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and assistance sectors. Currently serving as CEO of ISON Care Sp. z o.o. since August 2019, Robert also holds the position of Regional COO for Central and Eastern Europe at APRIL, overseeing operations since January 2016. Previously, Robert spent over 16 years at Europ Assistance Polska where roles included E-commerce Manager, Operations & IT Director, Project Manager, and Assistance Coordinator, with responsibilities ranging from managing online sales of travel insurance to overseeing claims and call center operations. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from Warsaw University of Technology and has completed various management and coaching training programs.
