Purvi Patel is a seasoned HR technology and analytics professional with extensive experience in leading transformative projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology and Analytics at Applied Materials since January 2016, Purvi has successfully built and scaled a People Analytics center of excellence, driving strategic insights and supporting global HRIS needs during the organization's significant growth. With a history of managing HR technology implementations at Applied Materials, Oracle Corporation, and Sun Microsystems, Purvi has consistently enhanced data analytics strategies and simplified HR processes. Purvi holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from San José State University.
