Laurent Berger is an experienced software support engineer at Applied Materials, specializing in the development and technical support of a new 200mm controller since April 2000. Responsibilities include performing retrofits at customer sites worldwide, providing training, and developing procedures and training materials related to the new controller. Additionally, Laurent has coordinated software activities in the Crolles 300 fab as a lead software engineer, overseeing software startup, upgrades, and factory automation scenario development.
