Ajay Athale is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of NPI Materials Project Management at Applied Materials. They previously held various leadership roles at the company, including Sr. Manager and Director of Business Unit Sourcing, as well as Sr. Director of Technical Project/Program Management. Prior to their tenure at Applied Materials, Ajay worked as a Program Manager at Novellus Systems and began their career as a Graduate Intern at Cummins Inc. Ajay earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune and a Master's of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University.
