Peter previously held roles such as Restaurant Manager at Grand Hotel Pianeta Maratea Resort, where they oversaw Food & Beverage operations, and Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist at TELUS International Ireland, managing complex cases and ensuring safety in customer interactions. With a background in data analysis as a Maps Metrics Data Analyst for GlobeTech, they have demonstrated a strong ability to enhance user experiences through data-driven recommendations. Peter also contributed to language education as a Language Assistant, supporting the teaching of French in tourism and hotel management. They earned a diploma in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Atheneum Tongeren.
