David Cutler is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology and product law. At Apple, from May 2021 to April 2022, Cutler served as Manager & Senior Counsel within the Product Law Group, following a role as Senior Counsel in the same group. Prior to Apple, Cutler was Senior Counsel at FLEX by Fenwick, providing legal support for Apple’s global product development and supply chain matters, and also served as General Counsel at Improper Goods, overseeing all legal affairs. Cutler's earlier experience includes leading the Commercial Legal team at Adroll Group (now NextRoll, Inc.) and serving as Legal Director at Dolby Laboratories, where responsibilities included managing complex negotiations and advising on various legal issues. Cutler holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
