Throughout their career, they have worked across diverse industries, enhancing client satisfaction and building equitable pay practices. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics at Appcast, Inc., Hudson previously held key roles at organizations such as New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., and BNY Mellon, where they significantly improved operational efficiencies and client services. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and has earned a Benefits and Pension Certification from Bentley University.
