Tim Ooi is the Fast East Asia Senior Vice President of sales and marketing at Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), overseeing operations and business development in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong. They joined APP in 1999 as a deputy general manager and have played a key role in transforming the company into a customer-centric business model. Tim also manages APP Japan and Kyokuto Associates, directing the expansion of APP’s business in Japan and marketing Kyokuto's products internationally. Prior to APP, Tim held various sales and marketing positions at Hualon Corporation in Malaysia, and they hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Malaysia.
