Kristofer Dobelstein

Electrical Engineering Manager

Kristofer Dobelstein has a long and varied work experience. Kristofer began in 2000 as an Intern at Milgard Manufacturing. In 2003 they were a Design Intern at Dynon Avionics, followed by a Sales Engineer role at Ballard Technology, Inc. in 2004. In 2006, they were a Design Engineer at Dynon Avionics, Inc. and in 2012 they were an Electrical Engineer 3 - Product Support at Astronics AES. Later in 2012, they returned to Dynon Avionics as a Product Owner and Principal Electrical and Systems Engineer, ScrumMaster and Principal Hardware Engineer, Engineering Hardware Manager, and Senior Quality Manager. In 2018, they became the Founder and Principal Engineer of Agile Hardware Northwest LLC and in 2019 they were the Chief Electrical Engineer & Co-Founder of LiftWorks Hybrid Power for UAS. Currently, they are the Electrical Engineering Manager at Aperia Technologies.

Kristofer Dobelstein earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University between 2000 and 2004. In 2015, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2017, they obtained a Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects certification from Coursera. Kristofer is currently in the process of obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Program Certificate from Everett Community College.
