Rupert Abbott has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in change management and project management. Beginning as Director of Sales at Telstar Consultancy Services from October 2002 to September 2004, Rupert then transitioned to Aon, where responsibilities included serving as EMEA Change Director and later as Director of Global Portfolio and Project Management Services, leading a global PMO and implementing governance standards. Subsequently, Rupert held the position of Global IT Programme Manager at ManpowerGroup and continued at Aon as Global Contact Centre Technology Leader, focusing on client experience and overseeing project delivery from inception to execution. Additionally, Rupert is currently a volunteer staff member at Blue Cross UK and has achieved an MSc with distinction from Cranfield University between 2020 and 2023.
