Mike Merlo is the Chief Claims Officer for the United States and Bermuda at Aon, a position held since 2022. They have been with Aon Bermuda Ltd. since 2004, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel. Previously, Mike worked as the Managing Director of Legal and Claims Practice and Special Counsel at Aon Broking and Aon Corporation, respectively, from 2011 to 2022. They earned a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law between 1994 and 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1993.
