Eric Harris is currently the Head of Operations for Asia Pacific at Aon, where they have held various leadership roles since 2012. Eric's extensive experience includes serving as the Account Manager at Sedgwick Ltd from 1986 to 1996 and as a Divisional Director at Sedgwick Kassman Pty Ltd from 1996 to 1999. They also contributed to the industry as a Director and President at the National Insurance Brokers Association from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their tenure at Aon, Eric worked as an Account Broker at Marsh in 1985-1986. Eric graduated from Haileybury College in 1984.
