Shawn Francis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit structuring, risk management, and portfolio insights. Currently serving as State Director for New South Wales and Queensland at ANZ since March 2018, Shawn leads a team focused on institutional and commercial banking, specializing in commercial property, healthcare, and accommodation with authority for single transaction approvals up to $1 billion. Prior to ANZ, Shawn held various positions at J.P. Morgan from January 2012 to March 2018, including Director and Associate Director, where responsibilities included managing relationships with Australian corporate clients and overseeing financing deals across multiple industries. Shawn possesses an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, complemented by credentials from the CFA Institute.
