Roger Francis is a Senior Manager and VP in Payments Servicing at ANZ, with experience in the banking and financial services industry focusing on operations and process improvements. They have managed large teams responsible for cross-border payments and domestic clearing, and have contributed to business process enhancements through data analysis and workflow optimization. Previously, they held various roles at HCL Financial Services and Deutsche Bank, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Accounting & Taxation at St. Joseph's College of Commerce while also completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Kerala.
