Emma Nicholson is a superannuation policy adviser currently working to strengthen Australia's prudential standards. They previously served as the sole Women’s Adviser to the Minister for Women, where they developed the inaugural Women’s Economic Security Package and were instrumental in creating the national plan to combat domestic violence. Emma has also held roles such as Electorate Officer at the Parliament of Australia and Senior Analyst at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Psychology) and a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics from Monash University.
