Natasha Darcy Souza is currently the Head of International GTM Enablement at Anthropic, where they focus on driving global go-to-market strategies. They possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held roles at leading companies like Google and Salesforce, where Natasha excelled in aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Natasha previously served as a Finance Manager at De Dietrich Process Systems Irl Ltd from 2001 to 2010 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley, among other recruitment roles between 2011 and 2018. Natasha also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2024.
