Andrew Crowl is currently serving as the Youth Engagement Senior Manager at Anthony Nolan since September 2023. Possessing extensive experience in football coaching and development, Andrew Crowl has been with The Football Association since September 2014, fulfilling multiple roles including Coach Developer for the UEFA C Licence and various coaching courses, as well as serving as a Coach Mentor. Prior to this, Andrew Crowl held the position of Coaching Development Lead at Essex County Football Association Limited from September 2012 to September 2023, where responsibility included leading coach development initiatives and enhancing volunteer support. Additionally, Andrew Crowl's earlier roles include Development Officer and Coach at Chelsea Football Club and School Sport Coordinator and Multiskills Coach at Chelmsford School Sport Partnership.
