Rebecca Hass is the Programming and Outreach Manager for Anne Arundel County Public Library (AACPL), where they supervise the department responsible for community programs and outreach efforts. Previously, they served as Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at Enoch Pratt Free Library and worked at Ramsey County Public Library. Rebecca earned a Master of Library and Information Science from Dominican University in 2008 and a Life and Engagement Coaching Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College in 2022. They integrate positive psychology practices with DEIB approaches in their work and run their own consulting business, Joy Work, LLC.
