Alina Salmen, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Researcher at Animal Charity Evaluators since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alina held various positions at the University of Kent from October 2017 to September 2022, including Lecturer in Social and Organisational Psychology and PhD Researcher. Alina's research involvement extends to Drug Science as an Honorary Research Assistant from March 2021 to September 2022 and multiple research roles, including Research Assistant and Intern, at Universität zu Köln and King's College London. Alina earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Psychology from the University of Kent, alongside a Master of Science in Political Psychology from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Cologne. Educational background includes an Abitur from Friedrich-Leopold-Woeste-Gymnasium.
