Wendall Naidoo is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Africa at AngloGold Ashanti. With extensive experience spanning numerous leadership roles since 2004, Wendall has focused on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. They have been instrumental in implementing a culture transformation initiative, enhancing employee engagement, and managing large-scale retrenchment processes. Wendall holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an MBA from the University of Cape Town, and is pursuing further education in Human Resources Development and Management.
