Quinn M. is an experienced professional in business development and advanced systems, currently serving as the Manager of Proposal & Capture at Anduril Industries since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Proposal Manager at Astroscale and Co-Lead of the In-Orbit Servicing Team at Space Generation Advisory Council. As a Contributing Member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies and a Legal Fellow at the National Space Society, Quinn M. has demonstrated a commitment to space advocacy and legal analysis. Previous positions include President’s Legal Council at LPL Financial, FP&A Analyst at CIT, and Recruitment Director at Taylor & Company. Quinn M. holds a Graduate Diploma in Air & Space Law from the University of Mississippi and an MBA in Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by a BA in Political Science.
