Kenna Gadzinski is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Andersen Corporation since November 2021. Previously, Kenna held multiple leadership roles at Cafe Zupas, including Senior District Manager, where responsibilities encompassed district operations and staff development from February 2017 to October 2021. As a ServSafe Food Manager Instructor/Proctor from July 2013 to October 2017, Kenna facilitated certification training and managed course logistics. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Border Grill, where managerial responsibilities involved revenue generation and staff training, as well as an Adjunct Faculty member at Northern Michigan University, teaching food safety and accounting courses.
