Cathy Rudnik is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project leadership and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Engineering Project Leader II at Andersen Corporation since October 2013, Cathy has progressed through various engineering roles, including Engineering Project Leader I and Engineering Lead. Previously, Cathy worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Boston Scientific and held multiple engineering and supervisory positions at Andersen Windows, where coaching and mentoring in lean practices were key responsibilities. Cathy began her career at Johnstech International and Minnesota Elevator, Inc.
